Exactly what I was looking for
Exactly what I was looking for! Has everything I want to track in one place. For me, using an app I tend to track and just forget it, but when I write it down and tally the day's numbers, plus the week's numbers, it makes it soo much easier for me to see where I'm going right or wrong.
The size is about the size of a novel. It's also full of useful information. My only complaint is that I wish the spiral binding were just a hint bigger because the pages do not turn easily.

I've been trying to find the perfect diet and fitness journal for awhile! I needed to focus on both my fitness and diet very much and when I searched for a journal that had both there wasn't one. It was either all about the diet or all about the fitness. There were books that did have a focus on both but one seemed almost more important than the other. This journal gives both diet and fitness the same focus! It goes over everything you need to know, and explains things so well! The creator wanted you to use the journal to its full potential and know how to use it to that goal! Wonderful book! I've already seen success in my body and health!

Holy tiny writing space batman!! I can write small but not micro small. Just a bit disappointed. I tried logging a couple of days but it's a struggle. It's soooo small!!! AND my pages are stuck together. I was so excited and feel so let down. Sorry, maybe little dramatic but off to find a different log book I go... sigh.....

Just found out I am Diabetic..this helps me stay on track
I have only used this book a couple days but I do like it. I just found out I am a diabetic and need to keep track of my carbs and sugars..one problem no column for cholesterol and I need to keep track of that too..so I use the "other" column to keep track of that.
You use the stretchy book mark to save your page so it is quick to write down that snack you had and check off the box because you drank a glass of water. On the opposite page is where you write down all the moving/excercising you do. Plus you can circle how you are feeling for the day.
Lots and lots of pages and basic food charts in the back of the book.
I needed the book right away so I went to B&N bookstore and was so mad it was $5 more the on 2DayDeliver. I ordered one for my walking buddy & husband..better to get loved ones involved to help keep me on track.

Impressive book for the purpose of journaling food intake. The only issue I have is that the writing area is too small to provide some necessary details.

This book is a great way to keep track of what you eat and your workout routine. Only down fall is the size. Its pretty small and hard to fill in charts because you have to write so tiny. I use it all the time to help me reach my weight goals. There are probably better programs on the internet that give you more freedom to fill in the blanks and allow you to use a phone to keep track, but I am a tactile person that prefers the feel and look of a pencil and paper and this book works perfectly because of the small size (easy to take out to dinner) and general qualities.
