Love it in my coffee!
I use coconut milk to flavor my coffee. Because of the high calorie content, I chose to try the Lite version. I am happier than anticipated. I don't have the awkward residue in my coffee that the full fat leaves, this makes an excellent hot cocoa, and it tastes great. It is a new pantry staple in my house.

This product is very overpriced and besides the description you receive 1 can instead of 6.

Not great coconut milk and... NINE DOLLARS FOR ONE CAN?!
We've had these cans many times. Not the best - really no flavor at all, as other reviews have stated. This is also gob-smacking, eye-wateringly expensive. Nine bucks... for ONE CAN? Really!? Has the world gone insane??? Nine bucks for a can of coconut milk might be a valid price around 2090 or 2100... not 2017. This is an anomaly. And not a good / cute / funny one.
Order groceries for pick-up at HT or Walmart and get this same can for TWO bucks. Find this same can at any local grocery store for $2 or less. Other varieties at Walmart (that really aren't bad - maybe better than this) for under two.
Regardless of your reasoning, if you bought this single standard can of coconut milk from 2DayDeliver, you made a mistake. Go back and try again.

I keep forgetting that I don't like this coconut milk, so I'm leaving this review as a reminder to myself as much as it is for other cooks.
I hate the way this milk clumps up and does not dissolve. It has to be cooked a certain way to dissolve the lumps first. This may be due to the additive guar gum in this product. I normally add coconut milk to my soup halfway through the cooking process, so this does not work for me.
It's pretty hard to find coconut milk without additives. Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk, 13.5-oz. Cans (Count of 12)
cooks better and tastes creamier too.

Stick to Goya
SO GROSS. I just used 1 entire can to make chicken satay, coconut jasmine rice, and peanut sauce. I didn't taste check the coconut milk prior to making it. It has absolutely no flavor at all and completely killed all my recipes. I bought this brand because it was prime pantry eligible, and thought it would be better than the Goya brand I always used (which is priced way too high here). Never again! Absolutely no taste and the recipes I use all the time are completely disgusting without the coconut taste to balance.
