Plenty of room. Able to fit a three litter hydro pack. It's comfortable easy to put on.

This Pack is amazing. It's low-priced, high quality and a perfect size.
So far, I have taken this thing on a week long trip through India, where it was strapped to the back of a motorcycle as I rode through the himalayas (I'm not kidding here). It held up great and the rainfly was very useful and easy to put over it when it poured on us. The pack endured heavy strain as it was packed to the brim and strapped down hard every day and came out without a scratch (I was surprised about that).
So far I've also used it on multiple hikes and hunting trips through thick brush and between 3 deer I've packed out over 200 lb of venison in the mountains in Utah and Washington. I've thrown it through the washer to clean out all of the blood and it came out like new.
The only wear I've seen on mine is a couple of threads have loose on the bottom where it hides the rain fly, but it doesn't affect anything serious on the pack. It's already well outlived its price and It's got to have at least enough life to redo everything I've already done with it based on its current condition.
great price (gives you more peace of mind when being rough with it)
great size, perfect for carry-on (taken on around 10+ flights, never a problem)
fairly light when empty
Convenient storage on top pouch with an underside zip up pocket for more protected items.
Pretty comfortable, even when filled with 60+ pounds of meat.
Holds Mountain Dew well.
I wish the waist fabric things were the smaller size, as I don't keep it buckled in very often and they get in the way if I forget to buckle them behind the pack.
Did not come with delicious bacon.
One of the drink holders is slightly smaller than the other, making it more effort to get my large size (in diameter) nalgene bottle in it. It still fits, but it's hard to put in one handed while its still on my back, the other pocket is easier like I said.
The internal frame bars are hard to get back in, I washed it once with them in and took them out for a second wash, I wish I had left them in both times. I had to stick my hand on the inside and guide them past some material that was inside the frame pocket.

PERFECT FOR SCOUTING
My son has 11 yrs. This backpack has many features and he's going to use it for Scouting. It fits just perfect! We have the day pack and the backpack and we're just really satisfied with both of them. The day pack brought the 2 litters bladder and the backpack doesn't, but we still have the one of the day pack so we can just switch it. We try many different brands, but we didn't like the fabric or either the price (in Puerto Rico you can find similar ones in $140 to $250) So this absolutely was the perfect option, we're pleased with this brand and with the seller! If you have a Scout and need a day pack or backpack TETON IS THE ONE WITHOUT REGRETS! We love our TETONS BACKPACKS!

This has been a great pack. I use it mostly for "Urban" trips. Have packed on the plane to Italy and the Caribbean. Also on a train trip to Colorado. Plenty of room for 1+ week trips if you don't need to carry sleeping and cooking gear. Quality is good and layout of the large compartment with smaller on the bottom is handy. I wouldn't say I know how comfortable it would be for long backpacking trips. Probably 2 hours is the longest I've worn it but it feels good when you put it on. Good adjustability of the straps.

Like the bag just a couple things about it that i didn't care for but don't want to have to send it back.
1 I noticed after inspection that the hole where the water bladder comes out the bag some of the stitching either came lose or was never there so the flap opens up more then it should on one side.
2 on the outside of the bag there are those compression lines and at the end of them there is like a little clip to keep them together and it is plastic well i hadn't even touch it at all then when i looked at it saw that one of the lines came out so i went to put it back but noticed that the plastic cap or whatever you want to call it was split so i am seeing if a little superglue will fix that.
3 also wouldn't have minded more compartments or pouches of some sort to kinda separate more of my gear but maybe that would make it heavier.
Pros I like the back support, and hip support feels good when you are carrying it around. haven't used it on a trip so will have to update this review after I have used it a few times for couple day trip.

Very well-made bag, just a *touch* too small for me.
Received in the wrong colour, but what do you know : the black-coloured pack looks pretty snazzy! No problems there, could've been much worse. Overall, the bag is solid, though ever so slightly smaller then I anticipated. It seats itself comfortably upon the back, and it's far more comfortable then the army surplus MOLLE-compatible 3-day pack that I had. Do be aware, however, that if you've any MOLLE-compatible external packs (like a medical kit or camelbak), you won't be able to fit it on the outside of this bag.
The built-in sleeping bag pocket doesn't *quite* fit my sleeping bag (Marmot Trestles 15F Synthetic), but I did manage to squeeze it in there after loosening up some zippers in the bag itself. After that, I wanted to fit in my milsurp wool blanket, which managed to just fit in the main compartment. Also in the main compartment of the bag, I was able to fit my cooking set, a small journal, a field radio, and still have a little room left over for foodstuffs. It's a lot more spacious in the main bit thanks to the clip-over waterproof cover up above it, which I personally think is brilliant.
Where this fails, however, in comparison to my 3-day pack, is the secondary compartments. Where in my assault pack, I was able to fit an entrenching tool, canteen, reading material, water filtration unit, and extra camping tarp - I was only able to fit my extra tarp and water filtration unit. Even that was a tight fit, and I've yet to see if the filter will hold up to being so tightly lashed to the outside of the pack. I would guess that it'll have to be handled pretty gingerly. I've yet to figure out where to place the rest of my gear, but personally I viewed it as a fair trade-off for the waterproofing done to the pack itself.
Overall, I recommend this pack. It's comfortable, it's highly water-resistant, it's spacious internally, and it's JUST the right size to not look foolish on your back (I know, I know.) - the only thing keeping it from 5-stars is that it's not MOLLE compatible (which I knew getting into it, no worries there), and that it's not QUITE large enough for me to hoof all of my gear in a single bag. With all that said, for $60, it absolutely cannot be beat.

I think this is a great little pack that is great for two day or two day camping, I am a boy scout so this is a pretty decent pack for me. the hipbelt really transferred loads nicely from my back to my hips, so my back wasn't doing a whole lot of work. The only problem is on me, not on them, my sleeping bag, which is like, 1.5 feet wide took up about 3/4 of the bags 55 liters. I really like the space for the hydration bladder (I didn't really use mine, though) I also think the back is pretty handy. The little rope / holder thingies are really great for holding stuff, like my sleeping pad. It's a great deal, as the manufacture's suggested retail price is 139.99$. The last part is the gear loop, which I didn't really use...
- Medium sized pack
- Good quality
- Legit brand
- Good side pockets
- Included rainfly
- A bit small
- Instructions and details were a little bit unclear
This is a great pack and you should really consider it, if you are a scout like me, if you are a expert I'd recommend something from Osprey or something like that.

Great medium size pack for kids and adults.
I bought this after reading some great reviews and watching some great youtube videos. I am 5' 10" 200 and the pack fits great. The pack has adjustments that allow you to raise or lower the pack so it can be adjusted for torso length. This pack has a dedicated sleeping bag compartment with a partition separating the upper part of the pack. The partition is zippered so it can be moved out of the way to allow the entire main pack to become one section. The side pockets are nice and stay the same size no matter how much you stuff in the main pocket. This pack also comes with a rain cover most others do not. I was going to purchase a cheaper pack but I am glad I decided to pay a little more for this high quality pack.

Just took it backpacking and it worked great! Could fit so much in the pack, didn't have any trouble fitting everything I needed. Loved the extra outside pockets for organizing things I needed along the hike. Separate sleeping bag compartment was very nice to cut down on weight. Straps were very adjustable and could be made to fit me perfect. Overall, great pack for shorter torsos like women and kids. Only downside is that it is a little small for my husband who is 6'3"

This is a great backpack for someone of my size
This is a great backpack for someone of my size, 5'5" woman. The main straps are close to my neck but not enough to bother me, so may not work well for people over 5'9"-10". Fits well, lots of places to adjust, and has tons of room. There are a variety of compartments and places to attach items onto the backpack. I did have a slight issue with the side zipper pockets being hard to open - not that they weren't functioning correctly, but that the shape of the pocket and the material made it difficult for me and my partner to grab anything out of that pocket if we needed it while hiking (very minor issue). I would highly recommend this backpack if you are just starting out.
