Great for Roho repair!
I run a wheelchair repair facility and we are now using this product to repair Roho wheelchair cushions with some great results. If you follow the directions and apply the adhesive twice to both sides - the cushion and the patch, this cement grips like crazy compared to other cements. Roho cushions are made of neoprene, so I think that must have something to do with its effectiveness. We use scrap pieces from old Roho cushions as the patches when using this cement to make Roho repairs. It's given us far better results so far than anything else we've seen. It forms a strong but flexible bond which is really need for this application. I highly recommend this product for this application - it's far better than standard rubber cement or contact adhesive.

It seems better than barge glue or or other common contact cement
It works well, specifically for attaching vibram and other soles to shoes. It seems better than barge glue or or other common contact cement, though not as good as the original sole attachment. They must have special equipment, like a press, or heat. I've also used it as a general contact cement (because I sill had some around after attaching new soles to running shoes). It works OK, though probably a little worse than good contact cement with smooth surfaces, like attaching leather to glass or stainless steel. (I've done this to provide a bumper or somewhat of an anti-slip surface on metal, rough side out.)

Good product, poor container.
Used this to repair a 4/3 surf wetsuit. As others have stated, the included brush is useless, the bristles are all splayed out like Sideshow Bob's hair. I used a small wooden skewer to apply with some precision and it worked well. Followed the instructions to apply, wait, apply again. The repair held well but a few weeks later I got another tear in a different part of the seam. Went to fix it and found that the whole bottle had dried up and was no longer usable. Pretty disappointed as I had closed it tightly and only had it open for a few minutes during the previous application. It doesn't take much to fix a rip so I was expecting the bottle to last a long time but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Looks like maybe it comes in a tube now which is hopefully better? Would give it another shot if so.

Great results, easy to use
I received this product and used it for the first time this weekend. I have a wetsuit I use for outdoor swimming which started to separate at various seams. I took it in for repairs by a professional and they lasted 1-2 workouts. I then ordered the Mcnett Seal Cement to give it a try. Product could not be any easier to use. You simply brush on the product in two applications, following the directions on the bottle. It takes a total of 15-20 minutes time from start to finish, mostly just waiting on drying.
I used the wetsuit later that same day and the seams held perfectly. I cannot comment on how long the seal will last, but the performance so far leaves me very optimistic this will hold for quite some time.
Tips for use: A little goes a long way, so don't use a lot of it or you'll just make a mess without any additional benefit.

I had a tear at a seam on a bib strap. The directions for this stuff is different from typical glues; You apply and let the stuff dry and then press it together. I can barely tell where the tear had been. And I've tugged significantly on the strap and it holds.

Glues together neoprene very well
Was building a cushioned form out of thinner pieces of sheet neoprene. This stuff dries in a reasonable amount of time and doesn't smell very badly (at least no worse than the raw neoprene sheeting itself).
It's consistency and application reminded me of rubber cement and similarly dries to a semi-flexible bond.

Great product! Poor Container.
This stuffed worked fantastically. It held up to a rough snorkeling trip down a river where it was being scrapped over rocks all day long. This product does exactly what it says. Completely mends wet suits and is water tight.
With that said, the packaging exploded on me TWICE! Each time I opened the box the cement had exploded out if the can filled the plastic bag the can was sealed it. Luckily I had just enough in the first can to fix the tear after is oozed out in the shipment. The second time there was practically none left in the can and was hardened on the outside.

Neoprene cement has been awesome for wetsuit repairs
Neoprene cement has been awesome for wetsuit repairs. Its an extra insurance along with some dental floss or fishing line stitches. My smaller sized son who is driving but wears a youth wetsuit had to add a loop and a pocket to a couple different suits to carry his car key this has been very beneficial in doing so.

Awesome product and value
This product is easy to use. The requirement for two applications seemed odd at first, but it works better than I ever dreamed. As long as you follow the instructions, it holds neoprene together perfectly. I would certainly recommend this to anyone. However, it turned out I didn't need this much. I could have purchased the smaller qty and been just fine. I repaired a total of about 2 feet of seams, and barely made a dent in the amount of glue. The can is about the size of rubber cement and it's applied with a brush in the lid. I got the black color and only used it on the inside of my suit, but I would recommend getting the clear if you're going to use it on the outside of your suit.

but it worked great on nasty barnacle holes
I haven't had the chance to try it on larger stuff as it seems meant for that, but it worked great on nasty barnacle holes. A small disposable paint brush works great. I even applied more to the surface, almost like a sealer once both sides were together. Do it outside, the fumes are gross. After a few hours I come back and it's all set up and won't budge! Heed my words though, follow the directions.
