Worth the money, just do it
Perfect for making blackened fish for fish tacos. I spray it with pam, then cover the entire thing with tilapia, brush the fish with some melted butter, sprinkle on the seasoning and close it. Flip and reopen and repeat on the other side. Cooks in 4 minutes on first side and about a minute after flipping. Then into the dishwasher and voila, ready for next time. It's fairly large and will hold 10 tilapia filets if you double up on thin parts for more even cooking. By the way, I use Bobby Flays fish taco sauce recipe combined with Big Daddy's blackening recipe (from the food network) and it's unreal how good these are. My kids turned up their noses initially and now 2 out of 3 call it their favorite meal.

Perfect for those tough grilling jobs
The curved ends of this basket snugly fit the smaller Weber round grill and would fit the larger round grill easily. Of course it would work on any rectangular grill of sufficient size. It is well made and easy to use. So far I have grilled 3 medium sized trout (the most this item will hold) and a large batch of 1/4" thick carne asada in multiple loads. Honestly, I don't know how I would have managed the carne asada without this reliable snap-lock grilling basket. Next I look forward to trouble-free grilling of a large batch of seasoned prawns.
One important rule to successful grilled food is frequent turning on the fire--every couple of minutes or so. So very easy now!
1. As Weber recommends, always spray the basket and the food with oil--I forgot to the first time and the trout stuck and was a bit of a mess.
2. Do yourself a favor and get a pair of Aramid or other fire-proof gloves. It makes handling this grilling basket easy and painless.

Good, but a slight design quibble
Bought this for cooking fish on our new Weber E210 gas grill. The plan was to heat up the grill, lower the temp for both burners to medium and begin grilling asparagus in a perforated pan on one side. When that was almost cooked, I put a 1" thick fillet into the fish basket to cook on the other burner. Uh-oh, the fish basket is a little too long to allow the cover of the grill to close all the way when used on one burner only. All cooked fine with the cover propped open by the handles of the fish basket, but making the whole thing an inch shorter would have made the fish basket more versatile.
I sprayed the basket before putting in the fish and rubbed the fish with oil, so sticking was minimal. The basket cleaned up nicely in the dishwasher.

It didn't work well for me.
This didn't really work for me. Because of the curved handles, it is REALLY hard to get the fish to lay flat directly on the grates of the grill. Consequently, I can't get the any charring on the surface of the fish. I also found that it doesn't hold the fish as tightly as I'd like and I was worried that it would open up on me when I went to turn it over. This thing now sits in the closet as I search for a new fish basket for the grill.

Great grilling basket
This basket is great for grilling larger pieces of fish, such as salmon fillets. I originally bought the smaller version but unless you are just cooking for one, it is way too small. Go with this large version and you can use it for smaller pieces as well, but you're not limited to that. This stainless wire basket helps hold delicate fish together and makes it easy to turn. It would also be good for veggies or other items that might otherwise tend to stick to the grill. It is important to season the basket (follow the easy directions on the label) before using it to prevent sticking. Works like a charm and is well made. Looks like it will hold up well. Easy to open and close, lays flat to fill, and the basket is just springy enough to accommodate an inch- thick fillet. Two of these would fit side by side on my medium size 3-burner grill. May have to pick up another one before my next barbeque.

A really good product.
I always have cooked my meat on the grill except for sea food. Not anymore. I use this a couple of times a week.
Just put some olive oil on a towel and wipe before loading the meat. Clean up is simple. A small plastic brush like the one you
scour potatoes with will knock of the bits and pieces during clean up. Fast and simple. There's tons of recipes for BBQ fish on the web. Have fun and enjoy. P.S. One of the reviews here complained about the clean up. No big deal. Don't worry about blackened metal from use. Doesn't effect a thing.

Keeps popping open
I almost lost the fish because the clip that holds the basket closed keeps popping open. I only put in 4 pcs of small, 3/4 inch fish steaks in there. It isn't easy to clean after use, but I can live with that if only the basket performed as promised during grilling. Good concept, but poorly executed.
Edit: I've added one star for Weber's outstanding customer service. They sent out a new replacement for my defective fish basket. I'll update my review once I get a chance to try out the replacement.

Poor Design for many reasons ...
Poor design. The clasp doesn't want to stay closed and it opens every time I turn the fish. It gets really hot on the grill and you better wear heavy leaver gloves to handle it. It sits up and off of the grill by about 3/4 inch, so you have to run your grill really hot or cook your fish much longer. It is stainless steel and this is the only feature I like.

Save the fish
Solves the fish issue. Yeah, I heat up the big grill really hot, put foil over it to make it hotter still, use high-heat grill spray, oil up the fish and...yes, it still sticks to the grill no matter what. Maybe if the grill was brand new and all gleaming smooth chrome again...not gonna happen.
This works well. The thin wires stick a little, but don't pull the fish apart. The net of wires expands and does not squish the fish. Of course all this means you can flip it over easily and keep it intact.
The latch is not on the 10 most clever designs of all time list, but it works. If you can't figure it out, please stay away from hot or sharp things.
This could be used for other things that tend to fall through the big grill openings.
Weber stuff is usually good and this is another 5-star reward for that.

Check the "grate" spacing when you get yours.
The design of the product is first rate. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, the steel mesh in the product was bent out of shape in an area around the closing clip on one of the "grates". This left a large gap. in the "grate". I bent the steel mesh back into shape with some pliers in about 20 minutes.. It's not perfect, but it'll work. It looked like the mesh was hanging from a bracket and someone pulled on the product and bent the mesh out of shape. The grate bending didn't happen in shipping. The whole item was in a large flat box which was undamaged.
Better quality control when shipping could have prevented this.
