I had the opportunity to use the seat belt cutter.....it doesn't work. I tried a couple techniques and others tried it too, but no go.
Still though, I've used the blade often enough and it is sharp and reliable so for $10 it's a decent buy. Just don't expect to use it in a life saving situation.
It's a solid and sharp knife. It's a bit heavier than some of my others, but it has a solid look and feel and isn't uncomfortable to carry. The "Police" engraving is nice, but the silver fill in is done rather poorly and is obviously done by hand.
I've read the negative reviews and I'm still pending on testing on glass and a seat belt before I can give an opinion, but I don't understand how some people have claimed to cut themselves when opening. The manual flip is tougher than a typical flip knife but after practicing for a bit it feels the same now.

Excellent quality knife with some improvements
I originally received a Tac-force knife as a gift and was surprised how heavy duty it actually was, and it soon became my favorite knife. Heavy enough to feel like expensive quality and the opening is smooth and so is the locking process. The clip is not cheap made like some other knives and retains its form over and over again. This is my second knife from them and I carry it in my uniform pants every day to work. I'm not sure about the seat belt cutting function on it and haven't actually tested it yet on a seatbelt but I did try testing it on a piece of twine and it wouldn't cut, however this knife does have a serrated edge and that would be my first choice anyway in a rescue situation to cut a seatbelt, etc so I'm fine with it. The window breaker function is a really nice feature and the black clip is a really nice touch so I can clip it to my uniform pocket and it doesn't stand out. For the price I couldn't be happier with this knife and it meets or exceeds the quality of my more expensive knives. This knife is a clear winner.
UPDATE: i have owned the knife about a year now and as much as I love the feel, Weight, sharpness and look of the knife I do have a few issues. I tried the window punch and it absolutely doesn’t work, I’m glad I found this out practicing on a junk car and not in a real life rescue situation because when I got this knife I stopped carrying my center loaded window punch.
Also, the pocket clip broke and the screws were so small I almost didn’t find them. I tried to reattach myself but unfortunately the bushings are just stripped as well. Now remember this is a $10 knife and I don’t expect more and I’m still impressed by the quality of the blade and the mechanism however I do want those who own it to know not to rely on this in life and death situations.

For $10, it's worth it.
I got this knife to replace a spring-assist I gave to my girlfriend. The knife prior to this, was surprisingly cheaper, but felt better, also said "can't stand losing you" on the police medallion, and my girlfriend is a fan of The Police.
I am wary of the glassbreaker as it feels small and is does not seem to have the same tough build as my s&w border guard 2, but I have not used either and hopefully will never have to.
The blade is sharp, but the spring action is a little tight...however, it can help prevent accidental opening.
The silver paint where it says "police was coming off on arrival, but the writing is indented, so it will always be there one way or another.
For $10, this knife is nice for a spring assist. I did get this knife for fun as my s&w and a swiss army are my EDC's, but I like it minus my criticisms. If anyone can get a video of the seat-belt cutter and glass-breaker doing their jobs, i'd give this knife 5 stars. However, I am wary that anything other than the knife would work in case of an emergency...but I could be wrong.
If you want to just show support for the men in blue or you are a man in blue, this is worth it for $10; or even if you just want a fun knife, it'a worth it.

Good knife for the price.
I purchased this knife a few years ago as a gift for friends who just graduated the police academy. When I first got these knives I opened and checked the products to make sure everything was ok with the product. Due to it being a gift I didn't test or use the knife to see how it worked. I contacted the my friends and asked how the knife held up... They all had the same response which was the same I had. It's not to light it was heavy enough to feel comfortable in your hand, blade was sharp, and looks good, only had one guy tell me his fell apart due to screws falling out after only having it for about a year. All three guys did tell me that the seatbelt cutter on the knife did not work it was to dull, and was not useful in any way. Im giving the knife a rating of 3 stars due to the belt cutter not being sharp and able to perform it's intended design. It's a great knife to have around the house or office but as an officer myself I would not carry this on my everyday duty gear.

Good price, good blade, cheap look
It's a pretty decent knife. Bought as a duty knife to carry in uniform because I didn't want to carry multiple tools, and wanted my knight, seat belt cutter, and glass breaker all in one. Blade is good and sharp and seems like it's made to last. Only complaint is the handle seems cheap, with the "police" being cheaply etched into it, and chipping some. But for the $12 or whatever I paid for it, definitely a good price.
update: Had this knife on duty now for roughly 9 months. Incredibly surprised with it's quality for the price. Sharpness has stell held up, and it's a nice, study, high quality construction. I would rate it a 4 1/2 stars if I could, still with only a little taken from the bad etch quality of "police", but other than that I'm highly impressed.

Screw came off too easily
You get what you pay for I guess. I put the knife in my front vest pocket. A screw came loose and fell off after only having it for 2 days. I only drew it out of the pocket about 5 times and it was not put under any rigorous conditions. Shouldn’t be any reason why the screw should have came loose. It was very difficult to screw back on too.
The front of the knife came with some sings and notches already in it.

This knife is very nice. It is as exactly as described! There is AO, serration, glass breaker, seat belt cutter, pocket clip, and etched in silver is POLICE. Which is very appropriate because it has almost everything an officer needs for rescue all in just a few ounces. When you first get the knife you will want to be careful toying with it cause it is sharp. And you will need some WD40 to smoothen the action. I recently purchased a SW knife for $15 and this has much better quality. Officers out there NEED this knife. Thank you Tac Force!

I'm Saint Sinner, NOT Saint Nick. Lol
Everything about this knife is perfect, nothing was loose nor chipped, and it came to me as expected. I bought this and a GCPD t-shirt for my cousin because he's obsessed with everything police related. He loved both gifts very much.

Pretty Decent for the Price
This is a really good knife for the cheap price. I am giving it four stars because one of the screws on the clip has worked its way out and appears to now be stripped so i can't tighten it down. But overall for the price, it's a very decent knife.

LEO used and approved
The weigh of the Tac is very nice, to me weigh means a lot, also the trigger is very smooth " used to open the knife" overall its worth the price and I recommend it to anyone LEO. Thanks for the new edition to my duty belt!
