All's well that end's well
The bike arrived at my door in good shape with no damage. Most of the bike comes assembled out of the box, but requires some tweaking. The first issue I encountered involved the fact that the bolt attaching the rear reflector to the fender was so long it prevented the wheel from turning. This was totally unexpected and no amount of adjusting the rear fender could cure it. I wound up cutting off the end of the bolt with a dremel saw. I made the mistake of assembling the bike on the weekend when their customer service was closed, so that was the best solution. They later suggested swapping the fender struts to cure this, although honestly I don't know why this would come from the factory with such a design problem. Much has been made of the uselessness of the Youtube video instructions to which you are directed from the outside of the shipping carton. In fact, there are detailed assembly instructions on the company's web site under each model with good, closeup photographs. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until after I had assembled the bike, but at least I was able to correct a mistake I made with the rear rack. Having said that, the bike looks great, rides very well, is light weight, and my daughter loves it.

Looks pretty, feels cheap
I bought this bicycle for my wife. I think Critical's reviews on their actual site are filtered to only show 5 star reviews. This isn't a horrible bike for the price, but I could never give it 5 stars. It works properly, but overall it just feels cheap. And I know it's inexpensive, but I bought a bike in the same price range and mine is significantly sturdier and all around better.
The bolts and nuts are made of a super soft metal, so unscrewing them leads to their stripping, which we all know is the most infuriating thing in the world.
The back bolts are so tightly screwed on that it's impossible to take off with a wrench without stripping them. I have yet to be able to take them off.
The light is plastic and didn't come with proper mounting equipment.
The kickstand is a little too long for the bike so it barely leans, causing it to topple over the other side with the slightest incline.
It's a nice color and looks good from a distance.
Gets you from point A to point B without too much trouble.

BE WARNED. NOT EASY TO ASSEMBLE!
I selected this bike because of its design- mainly because it was pretty. It's just being used on a college campus so I figured it would be fine- when I got it, not only does it not come assembled ( sure, I didn't expect it to be assembled so I wasn't too disappointed) however it doesn't come with an instruction manual and the instructions on the website DOES NOT HAVE THIS EXACT BIKE. So those adorable fenders? That cute little head lamp? Good luck figuring out how those go on. In all actuality, it took over 10 people trying to put it together- and at least three of them are engineers. Plus, as soon as my RA rang the little bike bell, it promptly split in two. Unless you really really really know the inner workings of a dutch style bike and have experience, don't expect to just snap this together and ride off into the sunset the same day. It took the lot of us over 8 hours. Also, be prepared to really have to fill the tires. I had no such pump available at the time. Not sure I would buy this again for the price, considering I should have taken in for a professional to put together. It does certainly look adorable in the salmon/coral color I bought.

I loved the bike when it first came in mid-August. It is aesthetically pleasing and cost a fraction of what Public bikes are (which is what I originally wanted)! However, I haven't had it more than three weeks and I am finding a lot of issues. It makes a rattling noise every time I ride it, which is annoying and loud. Even after I tightened all the nuts and bolts, it still makes the rattling noise! I also have to put air in the tires every week! I put about 75 PSI on Monday and by Friday it is at 40 PSI. That is not normal, and it is a nuisance. I'm going to look into new tires to put on it since these are definitely sub-par.
The headlamp was too heavy and kept falling over (hitting the front fender), and eventually one day, it fell off completely as I was riding home from school due to the weakening of the already cheap metal being bent back and forth. The noise is still there and now it's actually worse due to the back reflector always loosening; therefore, every two weeks I'm having to take off the back fender to tighten the inside fastener on the inside of the fender.Tires are still low after a couple rides...
The struts that attach the fenders to the wheel and the areas that have screws or fasteners have all began to rust even though I keep my bike away from the elements.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this bike.

How to begin to describe horrible
horrible. maybe the bike itself is fine but i will never know because both fenders are totally dinged up and bent not allowing the wheels to turn so unusable.
this was supposed to be in "Very good" condition and with its "original packaging". a small cosmetic scratch and save $20. nope.
it was just a bike dumped into a box with no packaging, packing slip or instructions. parts in a dirty zip lock. really????!!?!!! you are telling me thats the original packaging?
very very very dissastified. did any one even look at the contents of this box before 2DayDeliver shipped it out?
I order from 2DayDeliver all the time. never had a bad experience and never felt the need to leave negative feedback. not sure what happened here.

I can't stop riding my new bike!
I've been looking at these bikes from critical cycles for a while, and I finally decided to order it through 2DayDeliver. I originally bought the fixie model, but it didn't work out for me. 2DayDeliver was really cool with the exchange process and soon I had my hands on this bike.
As you can tell from the photos it's beautiful. You don't know how many people stop me on the street to ask where I got it from. The price of the bike is perfect and assembly took around 25-30 minutes. It brings the headlight, bell, and rear panel for paniers which was awesome!
I had to change out the saddle for a comfy one. But everything else I left intact. I really love my new bike and I use it every day to go to work, for exercise, and for nice strolls on a lazy day.

It would have helped to have some sort of instructions ...
It would have helped to have some sort of instructions! I've never put a bike together before. Wish I had known.I doubt if I would have bought it.

wouldnt buy again
I took my chances with this bike even after reading the reviews but the bike was so cute I got it anyway, for one the bikes is very cheap I'm dissapointed considering I paid 300 for it there was already a dent/scratch in the paint and the kickstand doesn't even fit the bike so it can't even hold the bike up which is ridiculous and the bike didnt even have instructions the website they give you is for a completely different bike, so it was hard putting together for me anyway, I wouldn't reccomend the bike to anyone I'd rather buy one at Walmart next time and the customer service isn't great at all

Seat too hard
Seat is too hard. Other than that, it’s a nice bike.
Not sure why my daughter wanted this. Nothing special and probably should have just purchased from local bike shop. At least you can try the seat out!

Great Budget-Friendly Bike
Bought this for my daughter, who's 5'1" and the bike is a comfortable height with the seat all the way down. I'm sure it would also work for taller girls as the seat and handlebars can be adjusted. The online directions were fine for me and I have no experience with bikes and am not mechanical. It's a little daunting coming out of the box but really isn't hard to put together. I bought the one with no gears. My daughter will mostly be riding beach paths and flat streets at college. With gears it may be more difficult to put together. Had to bend the kickstand slightly but that's easy to do. It looks great, love the dutch retro style.
