Worked better than expected!
The reviews for this product were very bad and I had very good results so I thought it'd share my results. See attached photo. We had some scratched on the front of our stainless microwave door from someone cleaning it improperly. They've been there for a few years. I saw this product, identical to the product listing here, and bought it. I then then read the reviews on the Internet and hesitated.
Because the scratches were caused by carelessness (or stupidity) they always made me frown when opening the door. So I decided to try it anyway, figuring I'd go slowly and lightly at first. I did this and gradually the scratches faded almost entirely. I started with the smoothest bad and then had to change to the medium pad when some scratches remained. I then went back to the smooths pad to blend out the area I'd been rubbing.
You do have to make sure you rub in the direction of the existing grain or lines, and that you rub as straight as you can.
Also, I agree with some of the critics who write that the package contains a minimal amount of "cutting and blending" liquid. I barely did a 2 inch by 10 inch area before running out. (I did several rubs with two different pads.) And be careful not to waste or over apply the liquid to get as many passes in as you need. The maker should provide twice that amount of liquid for the price listed for this kit at 2DayDeliver. So I removed one star for that.
There were a few drops left so I tried one very deep scratch in our laundry room's stainless sink. It actually improved that scratch, too, but I'd need to buy another kit for more liquid to fully remove the scratch. Still deciding if it's worth spending the money on it.
Good luck with your scratches! See my photo with before and after. (Blue tape you see on the left is protecting the door's glass window while I rubbed out the scratches.)

Didn't work for me!
Even though the scratches on our Kitchen Aid fridge were very superficial, the product did not work. In fact, the area I worked on is now discolored and I couldn't get it to match the area around it in terms of color and shine. So, the situation is actually worse.
Further, the liquid was very difficult to work with in terms of the metallic/aluminum pouch. Could not effectively portion the required drops and half of the liquid spilled out when the pouch tipped over. Pretty frustrating.

Does Not Work At All
Doesn't work at all. Created more scratches on my stove and the brush strokes do not blend in at all with the grain of the steel although I polished for a long time. I followed the instructions exactly but it simply doesn't work, don't waist your money.

Better Than Expected.
I have a Kitchenaid Stainless Steel double door Refrigerator with fine to medium scratches. This product amazingly removed 95% of the scratches. It worked better than I thought it would considering the low reviews.

Scratch buying this
A few strips of abrasive and a plastic handle. Not much to this product and can not recommend it at all. Dishwasher now has a overall scratched appearance. Need to return this, a very poor purchase!

Horrible instructions Don't Buy
Instructions are very poorly written. Messed up my Frig bad. They should make a video to watch online. Not happy at all with this product. Don't buy.
