The Best Twelve Dollars You Could Spend On Glasses
For all the people giving this product bad reviews because the plastic was cheap or the lenses smudge easily must not understand that you get what you pay for. These are 12 bucks, so they're going to feel like, well 12 dollar glasses. For 12 bucks you get a sturdy, thick frame made from cheap plastic. I reiterate that it's sturdy though and they work. For twelve bucks I no longer have headaches, eye fatigue and that weird fuzzy feeling you get after staring at a computer for 8 hours. Buy them, be happy with your twelve dollar purchase and remember you get what you pay for.

I am very pleased to say that the reviews were right- the tint ...
I was leery of these glasses because of the yellow tint to the lenses. Obviously, the tint is the whole point, so I gave them a shot. I am very pleased to say that the reviews were right- the tint is hardly noticeable. The glasses fit comfortably on my head. I have to have frames that measure 53 centimeters across both lenses. I've been told that is average, though nearly EVERY pair of frames I've tried on at my local eye doctor's office were 50-51 centimeters. The small frames put so much pressure on the sides of my head that it gave me a headache. That is not the case with these Gamma Ray blue filter glasses. I bought the leopard print frames, and it should be noted that the leopard spots are really just black dots. That doesn't matter to me, though. You still get the tortoise shell look.

You Really Will Be Surprised in the Difference - I was!
I was skeptical of these glasses, but at the price point, had to give them a shot. Even if it is just placebo effect, these glasses have been spectacular. Reduced headaches and I can feel my eyes relax as soon as I put them on. Everyone in the office that has tried them has asked me for the link to order because they feel the improvement right away. I can't attest to the blue blocking, because I've never really had trouble sleeping, but whether it is the glare reduction or UV protection or what - they definitely give your eyes a rest and make staring at a screen all day every day more tolerable. I want to wear them all the time - I might order a few spares to keep in the car and home in addition to my work desk.

These seem to be the most sturdy. They're comfortable to wear
Over the past couple of years, I've ordered several pairs of Gamma Ray computer glasses for myself and my sister. These seem to be the most sturdy. They're comfortable to wear, and they look nice; though they're a little bigger than the others I've bought. This is my first pair with magnification (+1.00). Unfortunately, the magnification seems to make it a bit difficult for me to see clearly with them. I have to focus a little more. I'm not sure why that is. (I don't wear eyeglasses or reading glasses.) But I like them overall, and I'll still wear them. If I order another pair, I won't be getting any magnification. That seems to be the main difference between these and my previous pairs.

A must have
1. I work in IT and I work in an office surrounded with windows. I have a great view but it can be a pain since the sun glares down at my desk. These glasses reduced the glare from the sun and two LCD screens.
2. I also wear contacts. These glasses did not give me any headaches at all.
3. These glasses sits perfectly as if it is made to fit for my face.
4. Material. The frame and the lens looked thick and sturdy. It didn't look like a cheap glasses to me.
5. The price. I think the price is almost a giveaway. I will most definitely buy several pairs and check out the polarize one.
All in all I'm very happy with this purchase.

I just received these, but so far the frames themselves are nice for the price. I wear real glasses (& contacts normally) so I can tell that these aren't the best quality, but they were $10. They look nice on and I can tell the difference in color when I hold them to the screen. I can't tell any difference in overall color when I am working, so the yellow tint the lenses have is not obstructive at all.

I like the way these look
I like the way these look. I bought them in hopes of easing my iPhone induced insomnia; however, they don't really work for me. I do think, though, that they reduce eye strain, and would be excellent for people that spend a lot of time looking at a screen during the day. They truly are attractive, comfortable, and good quality. The yellow tint is very subtle, and I love the style I chose, which has a light blue interior. Very nice overall.

I'm a believer!
After years of sitting at a desk 9+ hours a day while staring at a computer screen, I found myself exhausted and squinting by the end of the day. I had never heard of "blue blocking glasses" until a girlfriend told me her doctor suggested them as a part of her recovery from some severe eyestrain. For the price of these, I figured "why not try them?" So far I have noticed a difference, mostly at the end of the day when I leave. My headaches and eyestrain have definitely lessened, and I found that even wearing them while watching tv in the evening lets me wind down and have an easier time falling asleep. While this definitely is not a 100% fix to the effects of sitting in front of a computer all day, I definitely have noticed tangible benefits of wearing these glasses. I like the design as well. The only "complaint," which I also saw in other reviews, is that the coating seems to make fingerprints and smudges pop up very easily. But that's not enough of an issue for me to detract a star :-)

Indespensible After LASIK
I had LASIK some time ago, and found that while I technically had 20/20 vision after the procedure, my eyes became so sensitive to screen glare that I had to squint to be comfortable reading computers. Enter Gama Ray screen glasses. These babies have become integral to my daily life. Kinda ironic, since I had an elective surgery specifically so I wouldn't have to wear glasses, and now I wear these most of the day.
I have noticed that they're great at reducing eye strain and eye fatigue, and make text and graphics a bit clearer on the screen.
I love these so much that I purchased two pairs, one for home, and one to keep at the office.
