So so disappointed!!!!
The product was already like rubber when I took it out of the bag. I kneaded the product for over five minutes and then used the rolling pin for several minutes after that to try to get out the air bubbles. There was just no doing anything with it. I even attempted to put my dogs paw in it even though I knew it would be futile. Even with pressing down pretty hard, her paw wouldn't show up in the least. This is a waste of money is and going in the trash!!

This is not "air drying clay"
To start, this is not "air drying clay." This material has the consistency of a rubbery silly putty. It doesn't have "give" to it like clay does, which makes it near impossible to make an impression that remains, it just expands back to its original form. Second, it doesn't "dry," it's like a rubbery foam yoga mat. Waste of time and money.

The quality of the "clay" is substandard. Don't get confused with the packaging, the imprint doesn't become a different/darker color than the rest of the clay. I would not buy this again.

This product is better than others which require mixing
This product is better than others which require mixing. In simple steps you're ready to makean imprint and since cat's always do exactly as they're told, I had to start over and finally got the imprinton the second try. Only downside is theclay doesn't harden all the way even after the recommended time. Great keepsake my for my senior kitty to remember him.

Clay is sticky
Clay stuck to our dog's foot and we spent nearly an hour trimming the fur on her feet trying to clean it up. It feels like chewing gum. Not exactly the sweet present we imagined... Absolutely awful.

I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday (among other things). It was a fun project initially, but the product wasn't malleable, even after thorough kneading and the paw print wouldn't stay embedded.

Picture on box is nothing like it is in my opinion
Its not clay, its more of a silly putty. I had to really push my dogs paw into it to get an OK imprint and still can barely see it! Its been 4 days and it hasn't hardened any further than it was when I got it. Picture on box is nothing like it is in my opinion. I wouldn't recommend.

Good idea, bad quality
Great idea for a kit, but the drying clay had so much elasticity that I could not get the paw print to imprint. Ended up making a homemade paste with flour and salt.

it was like it had already started to harden
the clay was hard to mix, it was like it had already started to harden. I tried my dog's paw a couple of times but the print would not stay.
