Great novelty...and charges via USB drive
I only drink on special occasions, so when that special occasion rolls around, I make sure it's something worth it. This neat little light is a perfect way to commemorate that special bottle of wine or champagne. In fact, mine is pictured here in a bottle of 2004 Cristal. What makes this items even better is that you don't have to deal with replacing batteries. You simply charge in a USB drive for a couple hours.

Gives out a very nice glow
The illumination that gives the colored bottle I put it on looks great. Gives a lot of light, relatively speaking. It looks great on a bottle and on an open shelf - it lends its glow to things around it. Great with dimmed or turned off lights. It is kind of pricey, but I bought it as a special present. If they were more economically priced, I'd be tempted to buy several more.

Intersting Lighting Device
A cute little idea. I really like how you turn them on and off by twisting them. For some reason I thought they just stayed on until they ran out of power.

Great creative ways to light your room
Work great. Just wish they held charge a bit longer

I'm impressed with the brightness of this light. I ...
I'm impressed with the brightness of this light. I have not used the battery completely but it lasted long enough for my needs during one night of camping. I didn't use it in a bottle but as a super-compact flashlight, it exceeded my needs!

Suck UK bottle light
Doesn't last long, goes so dim after 1 1/2hrs totally gone in 2 at most. Recharge only took 30 minutes, then was dead in about 1 hr. Recharged unplugged then immediately plugged back into charger without using. It was brighter than before waiting to see how long it lasts now. Images (1) is 1 hr (2) is new.

Handy little thing!
I collect unusual/pretty glass bottles, and so these were naturally something I wanted to try. They look good! Not bright enough to be lamps to read by, but definitely nice little accent lights. What made me come here and write a review was my unexpected use of them during a blackout - they worked brilliantly! We lost power a few nights ago and I remembered that I have these things... so I stuck them in a few bottles strategically placed around the house. Brighter than candles, and in house full of animals, much safer, too. Handy to keep a few around in case of a blackout, and in the event of an extended power loss, you can charge them in your car's 12V port (with an insert/adapter). I may buy one to keep in my car in case of an emergency.

super-fun for ambient lighting, but not a "lamp"
super fun little gizmo. It's a stretch to say it turns a bottle into a "lamp," but it's a fun way to add ambience to a deck or patio at night. Be careful when removing the top to charge the first time, since it's on there pretty tight and you might pull apart the wrong pieces and break it.

Great little gadget
I bought many of these as gifts - 3 to each person for a nice grouping. They surpass candles for outdoor use and I've also used them inside behind plants for subtle accent lighting with no cords to deal with. I've been saving empty wine bottles for years and these lights are equally beautiful in green, red, blue, Amber and brown glass bottles. They are a nice inclusion when gifting wine, too!
