The dimensions for the canister are way off for this product. Although it says it is 6.1 inches it is not. The important measurement is the internal dimension of the canister both at the top and bottom. The innocuous description which should warn you says the "tapered chrome base" but that doesn't really give it justice.
The real dimensions are: INSIDE at TOP of canister: 5 1/2"; INSIDE at BOTTOM of canister: 5"; that's a full 1/2" loss. If you use "Mega-Rolls" like I do, they stop fitting half-way down the canister. Thus, you can only fit 2 rolls in, not 3 and they are halfway up and that looks ridiculous.
BTW, it's difficult to get the roll in the middle out because it's stuck. The good news is that I bought it from 2DayDeliver. I am returning it and they are giving me a full refund and I don't have to ship it back. Now I have to figure out where to give it away or donate it. Because I really cannot use it.
The good side: It does look as good as the picture. It arrived quickly and packaged well. The labels on the side came off cleanly so it looks good.
Living in a NYC apartment with cats, I was hoping to keep vermin and cat claws off the TP while having some within arms reach. The product still looks like it will do the job. Just wish it would hold the TP size we use.

Great product, and for the price you can't beat it!
I don't know when or why, but suddenly a toilet paper holder became hard to find, and expensive. After searching local stores, I looked online. 2DayDeliver had a great selection. I wanted something that would "disappear" and not call attention to itself. This product was perfect. There were a few others that had a similar look, but were twice the price. This one, is made well, looks great, and the price (even with shipping) was right!

Some reviews say it doesn't hold double-rolls, but it does. I was disappointed that it didn't have a handle, but I made one from hardware products from my home improvement store (see pictures). NOW it's a great product!

Simply design for a simple purpose
It is basically self-explanatory by looking it at it. I will note that the silver circle on the lid is an open hole. There is no knob on the lid to grab onto - you stick your finger through the hole to pull open the lid. There is no bottom to the finger hold so it is possible for dust/spilled items to enter this container. Easy to open even if you do not stick your finger through the hole - the lid does not span on. The silver on the top and bottom of mine was very shiny though and the frosted tube/lid was in great condition. The frosted aspect of it will prevent it from appearing dirty fast I believe. I am happy with this purchase.

Simple, Clean and Efficient
I wanted something simple and clean and that would keep extra rolls behind the toilet within reach but not necessarily in view, but if seen, would still be nice looking. This did the trick.
The container is a 'frosted' white color with a silver, stainless steel-like band at the bottom. The top is a flat lid with a silver, stainless steel-like rimmed hole that you slide your finger into in order to lift the lid.
I use Scott 1,000 sheet rolls and they fit in here with room to spare. It holds a total of three rolls which is more than enough for me.
P.S. For those with multiple chemcial sensitivies, there was no smell, odor, or off-gasing with this product.

does the job!
This holds three rolls of the larger two-ply Kirkland toilet paper. It is easy to use and small enough to be discrete. My only caveat is that having an open hole on top may allow moisture to seep inside, but so far, this has not been a problem.

Cheap plastic pump top, colored like chrome
Part of the York collection I purchased. Sent this item back as top was not real chrome like the other York pieces I purchased. Frosted "plastic" is very nice looking. If it were not plastic, I would have kept it. Disappointed.

InterDesign Aria Bath Collection, Tumbler Cup for Bathroom Vanity Countertops - Clear/Chrome
Nice looking but I wanted a cup that can go in the dishwasher. Although it says it's dishwasher-safe, if you run it through the dishwasher, a lot of water gets trapped between the metal base and the plastic portion of the cup. The only way to get the water out is to take a screwdriver, unscrew the screw, remove the bottom, dry it and replace the bottom, again with the screw and screwdriver. Who is looking for extra steps/work?? My search for an attractive bathroom tumbler that can go in the dishwasher continues.

Usually love InterDesign products but this holder just looked cheap
Purchased two of these for both of the guest bathrooms in the house and they look great in the pictures of the listing, but when we got them out of the box, the chrome looks cheap and the frosted plastic is thin and overall this holder just did not live up to our other InterDesign items in our bathrooms. So we returned them to 2DayDeliver without taking them out of the wrapper. Although I thought the lid would look great and keep dust and water from getting on the rolls, the lid has a hole in the center of it for easy on and off, so it kind of defeats the purpose of protecting the TP and again the lid has the ultra shiny chrome ring around the middle and the thin frosted plastic, so it just looks cheap and not well made.

Fills the bill!
For years I had a toilet roll container that was stainless steel. It always looked spattered from the accumulated moisture condensation in the bathroom; and it picked up rust at the base. Also, even though I don't think this ever happened, I always was a little nervous that a guest might mistake it for a trash can and deposit something unpleasant inside, in error. So I threw it out and bought the Aria. I like it!
The surface of this holder won't be hard to keep clean, although the jury is still out concerning the shiny metal base. The translucent quality of the item should help allay my (probably unfounded) fears that someone could think it's a trash can, because you can look right through the cylinder and see that there's TP inside. Also, there is a finger hole in the lid that allows a glimpse into the contents.
This hole kind of bothers me from a design perspective. I wish there were a knob instead. But it's fine. Really, it's fine.
