Great shelter for shade, rain and wind protection.
I bought this shelter because I wanted one that was easy to put up by myself. I had watched the video online about assembly and it was super easy. It is huge. I just needed some help with the center pop up (I am 5' tall). I took it down and packed it by myself. It seems to be very sturdy and the wind/rain panels roll up or you can leave them down and open a small window panel on each side. I will get 2 lashes to help hold it together for packing-I think that will help. We have a 17' travel trailer and needed somewhere to put things when it rains. Also we will be able to sit inside the shelter on rainy days instead of being holed up in the tiny trailer. Better than buying an awning for the trailer as you can easily move it around for shade and shelter.

We sprayed the recommended water repellant on the top and we did not ...
We ordered this tent for several events we had this past summer. It was set up for 7 weeks and we had several rain storms. We sprayed the recommended water repellant on the top and we did not have any leaks. We fit two 8 ft. tables in the tent and had plenty of room to walk down the middle. We used the tent to serve the food and keep away the flies. Our last event was Labor Day weekend. The flies really turned out but keeping the food in the tent and zipping it up kept everything nice. We had 27 guests for 3 days and everyone commented on how well the tent worked. We were very happy we paid the extra money and went with this model. One day when the tent was empty the tent collapsed on one side during a rain and wind storm but like they said it popped right back up. Great Tent.

Pricey but well worth it!
Outstanding screen house! My only minus I'd give it is the overall size when collapsed. Without having measured, I'd have to say it's pushing 7ft long in the included carrying bag. But, that's a small inconvenience compared to overall convenience and efficiency of this screen house. I set mine up the very first time in less than 2 minutes while two of my friends were setting up their standard screen house. They initially mocked me when I first started for how much I spent on a screen house. Five minutes after I was done and they were still fighting with their canopy they were singing a different tune.

Best Screen Tent Ever!!!
Absolutely the best 3 season tent I've ever owned! I was 4 days out from hernia surgery and set our 150"x150" Quick-Set Pavillion up, by myself, in just a few minutes. Excellent materials, construction, and especially design!!! This, one piece, large Pavillion tent could be back packed in. It only weighs 45lbs, and would be a tall pack load, but definitely doable. Beautiful zipper and Velcro closures on the main screen covers; perfect privacy, yet well lit from the light fabric ceiling, and small windows, when all closed up. Spacious, dry, comfortable, roomy enough for 8 or more adults, or a picnic table. A very good investment if you love the outdoors, are looking for easy setup and takedown, and a bug proof, dry, roomy shelter.

Great investment for camping/picnics
Wow! this thing is awesome! Easy for one person to put up and take down. Fits everything you need for camping/picnics inside. I used this for the first time at a Mother's Day picnic. In the morning I didn't use any stakes or tie downs and was sturdy for the better part of the day until a breeze started kicking up now and then. Then I only used 2 tie downs on only 2 sides and was monitoring it throughout the rest of the day. Worked flawlessly. Or use all tie downs and stakes if leaving up for longer periods and forget about it. See the video on their website for tips on tie downs. Probably took me less than 5 minutes to put up. Take down tip: Tie a handle to the inside center support if you are height challenged. I'm 5"8" and the first step to take down is to pull down the center support which I couldn't reach without a step stool. Yes, it's that high in the center. I tied a simple handle from webbing. Oh, and be prepared to answer a lot of questions from passersby. It is that cool looking.

Great Tailgate Tent
10 min setup and will got 12 people and two large coolers easily. great to cover up picnic table or food area. Just be careful if the wind catches the tent it knock myself myself wife over when a storm hit the beach. I'm 6'2" you will have plenty of head room. 12' high dead center. One person can setup on a calm day and two people be setup in 10 min. we love getting the complements on it. Our other tent is larger but 18 years old so this was a good investment. No parts to put together. I can carry bag on shoulder but heavy 45-55 lbs. I'm not a paid advitiser I got this on myself own. Enjoy.
P.S. watch Clams youtube video of the product it's helpful. Role the sides in towards itself so the water doesn't pull in on the sides. I had left it out in the backyard for a week no problem and it rained. it staid in place with no problems.

Really is easy to put up.
Pulled out and out of the package, it took me 10 minutes to set this up (and most of that was unsecuring from shipping the bands and strap). I was estatic that this is actually as easy to set up as the videos indicated. Checked it over completely and I am very statisfied with the quality and construction. It IS very long and a big akward to move stored in bag, but I store it in the center isle of my travel camper, so that is not a negative. I am very happy with the purchase and now looking forward to the start of camping season to really put it through it's paces.

Top quality and lots of room. Ideal for campground tent campers, RV'ers or around the home escape from the sun and bugs.
WOW!! This is absolutely a top-quality shade tent. We are preparing to do a ministry tour and wanted a shelter to house our exhibits so people could walk from exhibit to exhibit without head room problems. I'm 6'2" and have plenty of room even standing next to the sides inside the tent. Also, since my wife is handicapped I had to have a tent that could easily be erected by one person. I watched the video, then went outside and got it erected in mere minutes.
We bought the top of the line Pavilion 150X150 because we wanted to eliminate the hassle of attaching and detaching the solid wind flaps. With Clam's other models you have to purchase two sets of three wind flaps (at $35 for each set), which raised the price of those models to within $65 of the 150X150. If you want to avoid the hassle (not to mention they don't appear to be zippered and velcroed, just velcroed) this is the best option. The 150X150 Pavilion's flaps are sewed to the top of the sides and zipper from top to bottom.
Actually, I think this makes for an excellent separate tent if you are an RV'er and have kids or guests. Obviously, at 43 lbs its too heavy for taking on a hike but perfect for stowing under your RV or packing in your car for when you stop at campgrounds. When this baby's flaps are all zipped down you have a rain and wind proof tent with the added bonus of being able to stand and move around! I highly recommend this Clam Corp. Pavilion 150X150 Shade Tent!!

Pretty nice if you can figure out how to set it up the first time
Honestly, it was pretty hard to set up the first time. It got all tangled up and I had to take the rods completely out, flip it right-side-out and then put them back in. All in all, it only took me about 3 hours (not kidding) with the help of someone else to get it up. Once its set up, it is pretty nice. I'm not sure if mine was assembled incorrectly at the factory, or what, but it was a complete mess and was all twisted up. Once I reassembled it, it comes down and goes up pretty fast.

Plenty of room! Solid construction.
Set up was a snap. I think is is best to use two people - literally had it up in a couple of minutes - from removing from the box to being ready to stake it down. Once set up, we moved a 6 foot long picnic table inside (seats 3 adults on each bench), plus 4 folding chairs. We could have added another
picnic table too. This is very well constructed and served us well as there is currently a yellow jacket outbreak in the Northern CA Sierra Nevada mountains. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars as it got somewhat stuffy inside - the mesh is a pretty tight weave (required to keep bugs out) - which is the trade off. I did not have a shady spot where I could set it up. Also, going in and out is kind of a pain, but again another trade off. Looking forward to using this in the spring when the mosquitos are swarming next season. 4.5 stars.
