A very good choice for Bose AE2 headphones
I've had these for only 3 days now; they feel very good/comfortable on. These ear cushion replacements came with new scree/screens to install over the electronics inside the headphone. Be sure to pick loose the corner of the protective backing covering the scree'so adhesive before pulling the throwaway backing otherwise the adhesive will pull off of the scree. A reviewer had warned of this, but I did not correctly understand his recommendation. I was able to place the adhesive back on the scree. Additionally after installing the fist scree I realized the side with a small section cutaway should be installed on the least wide surface inside the Boss AE2 headphones. My two packages of replacement ear cushions did not come with the plastic leaver tool to aid installion of cushions onto the headphone earcups, but my wife wisely suggested and produced a plastic spoon - use one if you don't receive the plastic tool - DO NOT use anything metal to help snapping the ear cushion'so flange under each of the eight small tabs of the phones' earcups. Another reviewer included a helpful photo, I also recommend you reference Bose online help material on installing replacement ear pads on AE2's; yout can hear anot audible snap when the flange engages underneath a tab. Everything fit perfectly. These aftermarket cushion replacements do seem to be a better product; time will tell how the hold up.
I highly recommend this product and seller.

As good as advertised
I purchased these to replace the ratty foam on my Bose QuiteComfort 2 noise cancelling headphones. I had considered getting new ones but thought I would try this avenue. Am I ever glad I did. They fit like a glove. Before installing them I went to youtube and looked at a video on installation just in case I might miss something. That was the perfect thing to do and it made the installation so much easier. They are comfortable and they come with a no haggle one year warranty. (as long as you keep the warranty card that came with them) I have no complaints about this item and if need be, I will purchase them again.

It was a relatively easy install and although it did not install well initially
The product was shipped very fast and arrived before the scheduled delivery. As for the quality, it appears as close to the original as possible. It was a relatively easy install and although it did not install well initially, the ear pads went on after a few struggles. As for function and performance it is the same as the original Bose pads with no noticeable difference. Used the pads on a 5.5 hour flight with no issues and experienced better comfort than the originals oddly enough.
Overall a very good product, that is as close to the original as possible.

Great replacement earcups and great customer service--headphones like new!
These are indistinguishable from the Bose originals. My only complaint is that I wish there were installation instructions. I had ordered a set, and one earpiece went in with no problem. The second one just didn't want to go in, and it tore. I contacted the vendor and they immediately credited my account for the purchase price. I ordered another set, and the replacement cushion was installed in just a few seconds, and my Bose headphones are like new. I just wish the basic design (which Bose did/established) was for a little more durable "leather" for the earcup. It is quite thin and it will break down with exposure to sweat, etc. And installation requires a delicate push/pull such that even a little bit of instructions would help enormously. But at least now you can just replace them.....in the past Bose insisted that they would not repair or offer parts, that I had to pay $100 and they would send me a new headphone! Now you can just replace the earcups for about 1/6th of what Bose used to charge. Despite the initial tearing issue, I'm VERY satisfied with the product AND the response and customer service.

So far, so good.
They are comfy to wear. Although, I think these may be a bit smaller than the original. I noticed then difference in size when I replaced them. They don't feel any different now.
The true test will come once I start flying again. The original ones lasted me for about 3 years and I expect the same with these.
Also, these came with the inner black cloth material. I chose not to put them on because the original ones are in good shape.

Cheap knockoffs, buy the real Bose!
I used the replacement earpads for about a month when they started to fall apart. I understand that there are defaults so I contacted the company about its return policy and guarantee but haven't heard back and it's been two weeks. I ordered the real Bose replacements for only $15 more than these knockoffs which is what I should have done in the first place. Bose has a higher quality product and a higher quality company.

Comfortable, but sound reduction lacking.
They are comfortable, easy to install, and look nice, but I'm disappointed with the noise cancellation of the memory foam. I fly a lot and I noticed a significant increase in sounds and noise on the plane from people, babies, and the engines that were blocked by the original ear pieces when I traveled last week.
Perhaps being new they're still stiff and not performing as well? I'll update my review in a month if anything changes.

Inexpensive fix to get more use out of my Bose QC15 headphones
I have several Bose QC15 headphones and the ear cushions started falling apart around the same time. The headphones themselves were fine so it didn't make sense to replace them. When I went to the Bose website to look for ear cushion replacements, they no longer carried them for the QC15 (they only had ones for the new QC25 headphones for $34.99). So I searched on 2DayDeliver and found these, which looked similar to the originals and seemed fairly priced at $22.99. When they arrived I compared them to the original ear cushions. The dimensions and materials were comparable to the originals. While the new ear cushions were about 1 mm thinner than the originals, when I put on the headphones with the original ear cushion on one ear and one of these new ones on the other ear, I couldn't tell the difference. So far, so good, and this was an inexpensive fix that will let me get a lot more use out of my QC15 headphones...should have done this sooner.

Installation was a breeze after going to YouTube and searching for something like "QC15 ear pad instructions
Just installed these yesterday to replace the torn OEM earpads of my QC15. Installation was a breeze after going to YouTube and searching for something like "QC15 ear pad instructions." The very best tool for this job is a set of fingernails that you didn't just trim this morning. The description says these are built with memory foam, but it seems like regular ol' foam to me - maybe it needs to "break in" a little bit. The pads themselves may be ever-so-slightly smaller than the genuine Bose units that were on there, but that could also just be due to 3 years wear and stretching on the original pads. Even so, the headphones fit inside the Bose travel clamshell case just fine, and they feel like new and very nice on my head. Enjoy a couple of lunches out with the money saved from buying $30 Bose replacement pads and get these instead.

A decent replacement at half the cost of the OEM.
So far these work. It's hard to tell the difference between an original set and these because by the time I had replaced my original pads, they'd torn so badly that the foam had expanded so they didn't fit quite the same. I'd gotten used to that so it felt weird to have a proper set.
The packaging was minimal which is fine. I only wish they'd have put the instructions in the package. But, for the price and the fact that they're pretty simple to take on and put off it's not the worst.
I will say putting the new ones on was much harder than taking off and putting on the old pads. You kind of have to grasp the pad on the padded and non padded side, and slightly flex it to get it under the 8 or so little tabs on the headphones that hold it in place.
Overall, so far they appear to work and be comparable to what I remember my pads to originally be like.
