I am providing two stars at this point. I like the chair, however, one of the arms seems to be defective as it looks as if it is not sitting square to the chair. The other side looks fine. I have no idea who I need to call in order to resolve this issue. Once I get the issue resolved I will be happy to change my rating. Overall the chair is very comfortable and was very easy to put together.

Looks great and feels sturdy

Best chair I've ever sat in
Best chair I've ever sat in, but. But it only feels sturdy in one position: lowered as far as it can go and reclining. Which is okay since that's my preferred position. But sometimes I want it higher, and it's stuck in the lowest position. Other than that, it's the best quality chair I've ever sat in. So it's hard give it anything less than 4 stars.

Ok, setup was super easy. The chair itself is AMAZING!! Very comfortable, can rock back, but has a lock to prevent it from rocking. Of course it has the lever to go up and down. Cushioned side bars, looks to be wood base and wood side bars/handles. The back does not sit up as high as I thought it would, which is a good thing. I am 5'6 and when I sit back the seat does not go above my head. I can sit in this seat for hours and be comfortable. When I say this was super easy to set up, I truly mean it was super easy to set up!!! I would say it took me about ten to fifteen minutes. The hardest part was the handles. Getting it lined up just right. Directions are very clear and easy to understand. It appears to be leather as stated and very very comfortable. States that is holds up to 250lbs, I would not test that and go over it. Especially for the price of the chair. Not sure I would pay that amount, but it is definitely an amazing chair and worth having.

The chair is well made and the leather feels like it will hold up well under use
The chair is well made and the leather feels like it will hold up well under use. However, the color in the picture is completely wrong and not at all what I expected. My room is in shades of cream and that is what I expected the chair to be. It is MUCH darker (more like a dark tan). The picture should be changed to show the correct color. I know why the chair Is shown in the cream color--it is much more attractive and eye-catching. That's why I ordered it in the first place. I will keep it, but it is not what I expected.

Not a comfortable chair
I hate this chair
Lesson learned - I bought this chair without sitting in it because they didn't have one on display but hey, it's a La-z-Boy. Oh what a mistake. The price was great. because of Labor Day sales. But it is the most uncomfortable chair I ever had. Look at the seat. See how it's in 2 separate sections. I feel like I'm sitting on a lump. The only thing I can figure is it's because of those 2 separate sections. Also, although it seems nicely padded, it is surprisingly hard when you sit on it.
The instructions are very good and it came with the best allen wrench I ever used because it has a handle. All of the screws are in a blister pack and clearly marked. The leather is a nice quality. It was challenging to attach the back by myself because it is so heavy and I had to figure a way to prop it up to align the holes.

Nice office chair but a few issues
I got huge box delivered to my door. Inside were several pieces of the chair wrapped in plastic wrap or cardboard. There were several additional pieces of cardboard and wrap. It was really hard to tell if I got everything out. I cut up the box to dispose of it and went through it all. The one thing that was missing was the instructions to put it all together. But it did come with all hardware and an allen wrench to tighten the bolts.
There was a piece of paper with one of those do not return requests, a telephone number and a website URL. Since it was past their business hours I tried the website. Well it’s already been changed and redirected to different website page about warranty and asked for the SKU and PO number. There is a general FAQs page apparently for all chairs as some of the questions and answers didn’t fit my chair. Finding the instructions must be a problem for them as they had one FAQ that stated “For seating; the assembly instructions are located inside the bag, on the bottom of the seat cushion.” I looked under the seat cushion but the only instructions were how to attach the hardware to the seat bottom.
It wasn’t too difficult to figure it out: the longest screws were obviously for the arms, four screws to hold the back on to the bottom, and what was left over went into the other holes. The main base was labeled front. The wheels are forced into the leg holes. The levers snap into a molded plastic.
The arms were the most difficult. They weren’t labeled and there really wasn’t any difference between the two. I tried one and found I would have to force one end into the chair a good couple of inches so tried the other and found the same problem. Wood isn’t the easiest to bend especially short pieces but I did manage to get both arms attached and the bolts appear to be secure. Due to the pressure from being out of whack it was bindng on the bolts so it took some cranking to get them in.
It’s together. Of course leather makes a beautiful chair. And it is nice and soft. But right under the back of my upper legs are the seams and they are noticeable.
The back is short and there is no head or neck support but it does feel good against my back, nice soft cushion. It is curved enough to give a little lumbar support.
The arms are narrow and while soft are not that comfortable especially if you have big arms, they tend to want to slide off. And they are a little high so that if you aren’t over six feet tall like me you can feel a little scrunched up at the shoulders. They are permanent which creates a problem as well as I like to scoot my chair under my desk but the chair has to be lowered. My other chair had adjustable arms so it worked. But this one looks better.
One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the description on 2DayDeliver was whether it reclined. But hey, it’s a LazBoy so it has to right? Yes, it does! Well actually it rocks. You can either have it locked upright or rocking. My previous chair could lock in any position – that I will miss.
The legs are wood as well as the support for the arms. Where the pieces that make up the legs come together there wasn’t a lot of care in making it and they don’t fit tight and even. The finish was ok but there are a few places where it wasn’t done well either. Hard to notice but it shows a bit lacking in care.
The color of the leather in the photos on 2DayDeliver made it look almost white but it is actually more of a light brown or deep tan and goes really well with the dark stained wood. Definitely like it better this way, it has a nice rich look to it.
I did find a couple of stitching problems like one where the inside had popped out and just got sewn that way in the seam. It’s white so it shows even though it’s only about an inch long on the side where it can be seen of course.
These days I like to find the manual/instructions online especially since the paper are easy to lose. Since it’s obviously a problem finding them (mentioned in their FAQs) they should just post them on their website, a PDF version works just fine.
Overall it is a nice chair. It is bonded leather but feels nice, it is soft and it looks good. But there are a few issues and I don’t feel they put the same care one would expect for a nice looking leather chair.

Beautiful, comfortable but not orthopedic
This is a big chair! I'm 5'7" and I can rest my head back on the seat-not quite as high as an airplane seat but similar.
The leather has a very nice feel and the padding makes a long day at the office comfortable. There are several knobs and handles to adjust to your seating needs. I was surprised that there wasn't more support for the lumbar area. I would not recommend this for someone that needs lower back support.
If you are looking for an executive chair feel but a bit more approachable, its not incredibly bulky-this is a very nice option (and priced comparibly for leather chairs this size). This would not be ideal for someone small (the seat is pretty deep) a small desk space or an active desk environment (getting up and down, rolling around).

great chair (but requires different wheels for hardwood floors or hard mats); customer service is terrible
Overall, this is a beautiful and well-made chair. I should note that the color is much darker than pictured--although the image shows it being off-white in the direction of tan, it's a definite tan with some gray (so it matches the "taupe" description more than the picture). It's comfortable and has a lovely "rocking" feature (that's easy to turn off if you prefer). I was surprised to see it came with a note saying these wheels ("casters") won't work on hardwood floors or hard chair mats; carpet is recommended instead. (It says you can purchase different hardwood-appropriate wheels separately, though I haven't investigated that.)
My chair was apparently delivered by way of Mordor (FedEx lost it for a few days), and when it arrived the package was crushed and had several large holes ripped in it, so I was **pleasantly** surprised to see that it was packaged so well none of the pieces were damaged--the wood was intact, and the cushion was clean and scuff free. It does require assembly (the instructions are inside something that looks like a flyer, so be sure to look through all paperwork before tossing it), and the clearly-labeled accessories package had been ripped open (surely courtesy of FedEx), so one set of screws was missing. That's where my story went south--I called the 800 number listed in the package, and after waiting 15-20 minutes, the representative was courteous and told me the screws would be sent right away. I called 3 times over the course of three weeks, and each time they were courteous, but the last person (on week 3) said she couldn't send a new set of screws, as the first order of replacement screws was expected to *leave* the warehouse around the 4 week mark. So I ended up having a pile of lumber sitting in the room for an entire month. In fact, the screws never actually showed up until I posted a one-star review here on 2DayDeliver.... at which point it felt like they had responded only to strong-arming. Though perhaps they would have sent the screws at the one-month mark regardless. Though on my last call with customer service, they cheerily suggested I call again after another week or two, and they could then start the process from scratch.
Four stars because most likely your package will arrive intact. But if it doesn't and customer service doesn't help you out, I'd recommend requesting a refund from 2DayDeliver before their 30 day grace period expires and trying again.

Perfect balance of price, quality and comfort
Good quality, easy to assemble (less than 30 minutes), very comfortable for office work. Looks and feels very solid, should last for many years, 10-year manufacturer warranty. Very happy with the purchase, excited to enjoy it every day!
