Decent cheap safety toggles
The price point on these switches were great so I was expecting total crap. Actually for a cheap switch they look and function great. The red safety cap are removable and the switch operates as a normal toggle without it. As for the connector they are a two pole, power in/out connection and have a screw for attaching your eye connector to the terminal. Price was fantastic, delivery was right on, all functioned as they should so yes I'd recommend them.

Solid switch, solid cover.
Solid switch, solid cover. Pushing the cover back down turns the switch off. Hex nut is easier to tighten that the knurled kind, and the cover has an index tab to keep it from twisting. In other words, no surprises. I like that.

Prevents spaceship decompression
These things are great for a fun basement project I'm building with my daughter. We've built a pvc pipe and plywood frame and have a bunch of switches that turn on lights etc. these guarded switches are good quality and solid, plus just plain fun for a three year old (and a three year old at heart dad) who likes buttons. Hole diameter is a little bigger than expected at half an inch, but everything works great.

These switches are good for the price.
These switches are good for the price. I took away 1 star because every screw terminal stripped when trying to tighten. I ended up soldering the wires to each switch. If you can't solder wires, don't buy this.

Screw terminals strip
In order for a switch to provide value, several things 'must' work. Out of the 5 switches, 3 had screw terminals that stripped with very little pressure applied to the screw - I am an engineer and have spent many years working with switches, etc.. The quality is unacceptable. I am very sorry for the bad review, but customers need to know this.

Not bad, not good, just okay
The switches are actually not too bad of quality. They are nice and stiff and seem to be well built. The covers however are very disappointing. They are relatively tough feeling, but aren't actually red. They are more of an orange and made of cheaper plastic. Since they are somewhat glossy, you can see quite a bit of scratches on them. I planned to use the red guards for my car on nicer Morris brand toggle switches, but they just look way too cheap. :/

Used this for my Golf cart and find them to be excellent. Allowed the switches to be turned on and be observed as on from a distance.
'When you turn off the switch by flipping down the cover it turns off the switch. Allows me to flip down the cover and turn off all the switches and I like that.

Turn your golf cart into a fighter jet.
I love these. They add so much fun to my golf cart, they work and look great and the price can't be beat. I use them to control the lights on my golf cart.

Awesome switches for anit-theft
Can't beat the price. Needed three swithes to run as an anti-theaft. Cut out the last two tabs and flipped the switches. Labeled them Ignition, Fuel, Starter. Needed the first up and the last two down to complete the ignition circuit. Arrange any way you choose. Cheap theaft deterant

Switches work great for what they are
Switches work great for what they are, but there's some quality control issues. My problem is that one of the tabs on one of the switches was never tapped and wouldn't hold a screw. The other 4 switches are all solid.
