Dangerous and it Burned my Chair.
I loved this heating pad. Then, while I was using it, the pad started BURNING. It destroyed the pad, and burned a hole in my chair. Thank heavens I hadn't fallen asleep because it could have been worse! Totally not safe! I guess it's past the 90 days because 2DayDeliver won't let me link to the order when I try to get to customer service.

Danger to your home
I do not even want to give this 1 star. We have had the pad less than 2 months and it caught fire. Absolutely dangerous, do not purchase!!!! We used this properly and he was lying on his stomach with the pad on his back.

I may have to purchase another!
This product lives up to all of these fantastic reviews! Unfortunately, it has been occupied since I turned it on so I hope to get a turn soon.

2 have failed after minimal use
I purcahased 1 on January 8, 2017 and another 1 on April 17, 2017 so that I could have 2 in the house. Both no longer work and flash "f" on the display. The first 1 failed after 2 months of use and the 2nd after just over a month. Won't be replacing with this brand again.

Excellent Heating Pad
I read all these reviews before I bought mine. At first I thought it didn't heat enough (like one review said). It definitely does. Use it for a while (just one time) and you will see. It works with your body. Love the softness of it (not hard plastic like my other more expensive one is). Cover is soft and inside workings aren't hard. The size is quite good also - used on my lower back and then on my neck. Really like the option of Auto Turn Off OR Manual settings (gives you control). Cord is plenty long and well placed. Controls are super easy to use.
My cat likes it too! Hope to get another one our household.

Though this review is for the Heating Pad only, I cannot help but include how I use this device. I pair the heating pad with my Pure Enrichment PurePulse Duo TENS/EMS unit and couldn't be happier with the results. As a long time sufferer of chronic lower back pain (sciatica), I have been around the block a few times searching for the right treatment to manage my pain. I've been to chiropractors and massage therapists more times than I can count, and they seem to provide the best results. At least with the chiropractor, one staple of therapy is the use of TENS and a heated compress on my lower back to help alleviate the muscle tension. I've long wished to have this therapy available without an appointment and the associated costs. Well, after purchasing the previously mentioned TENS unit, I was half way there. Now that I've added the Pure Enrichment PureRelief XL heating pad, my days of suffering are a memory.
-- Heats up quickly and evenly - I've had heading pads in the past which seem to heat up first along the coils and then radiated out over time. This pad doesn't appear to suffer from this problem. I notice a nice, even warming throughout.
-- Insulated? - I guess it must be insulated on the reverse side, as I don't feel nearly as much heat coming through the back of the pad. Some may think this is a fault, not a pro. My impression is it helps the pad do it's job, keeping the heat focused where it is needed the most. I also like that it doesn't heat up whatever I've lying or sitting against, so it's safe for heat-sensitive surfaces. Again, this is just my impression, so your mileage may vary. Don't come screaming at me if you melt your beanbag chair. (Though I suspect if something is hot enough to damage materials, your skin would be melting off too.)
-- It is big! - I love how large they made this one. I can literally use it along my spine and get relief from my neck to my posterior. No more having to move the heating pad around to treat larger areas. With this pad, you're covered... literally.
-- Cord Length - Just a personal desire, but I'd like the cord length from the remote to the pad to be a bit longer. I find it a little short and inconvenient when I'm using it on my back and I'm lying down. The cord is 'just' long enough to reach the remote comfortably. If anything were to require routing of the cord, it might prove difficult.
-- Batteries - (Just kidding) I'd love a battery operated pad so I could wear it around.. it's just that comforting.
Overall, I'm sticking with 5 stars as the con is really just a preferential thing, not a negative on the functioning of the heating pad.

Best Heating Pad I've ever tried. Moist Heating Option is Amazing. Great for Sore Muscles and Bad Back
I was excited to hear about this heating pad.
I have a really bad lower back and have noticed when the humid weather is here my back feels better than normal.
So when I seen the MOIST HEATING OPTION I was looking forward to trying it.
You can spray the microplus side with a mist of water or dampen it with a sponge so
as it the pad heats it's giving you a moist heat. That really helps with my lower back pain.
5 year warranty is a huge plus.
It's also washable. That's a very nice feature.
6 heat settings:
The 6 settings are great. I've had many heating pads in the past where
Medium isn't hot enough, while High is too hot. This gives you more options
so you can find the heat amount that's perfect for your needs.
It has a auto-off feature that turns the pad off after 2 hours of continuous use.
The feature can be turned off however, so the pad stays on until you manually shut it off
or unplug it.
The larger size is great. It's 24 inches long and 12 inches wide.
It covers much more of the area that's in need of the heat.
It's also not made of that vinyl material that most other heating pads
are made of, that always end up getting all twisted and become useless after awhile.
This one is great. It's soft, it's comfortable and it's doing a fantastic job.
I give the PureRelief XL heating pad a 5 star rating. It's a well made high quality item.

Consistent Relief for Sore Muscles
The husband, while fairly physically fit, is on his feet all day and regularly uses a heating pad at night to relieve sore muscles: particularly the back and hips. In the course of five years he has burned out three heating pads, this being our fourth, and the one he seems most happiest with. I’m rather astonished that it has a five year warranty. Considering our history with heating pads, this could be the best investment we’ve made in a while!
The larger size (12” x 24”) is great, allowing for more muscle(s) to be covered. Simply perfect for sore backs!
The cover is composed of a thick, fleece-like fabric and washable, 100% polyester. (Washing instructions: Do not use bleach. Do not use wringer. Wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry.)
There are six settings, varying in heat. You can select whether you’d prefer to have it automatically turn off in 2 hours or for it to stay on continously. Having a husband who either falls asleep or runs to work, leaving a whirlwind of chaos behind him, the 2 hours setting is fantastic! (I believe his previous heating pad turned off automatically after 1/2 hour. This caused one to either not be completely at ease mentally – anticipating the shut-off; or be caught off guard and suddenly realizing your sore parts are cold and achey again.)
I know some have enjoyed the moist heat option, but we have not tried it, yet. It’s nice to know the option is there for eventual use.

I guess I got a bad one, but this went back.
It only heated about a third of the pad and the pad never sat well, it pretty much goes out of position if you move a little.
Its over-weighted on the one side with a connector AND the controller and as result its always pulling. This thing needs some kind of velcro strap doohickie to keep it where its needed.
Also I picked up the controller after the unit had been on for close to two hours ( a typical cycle) and found the controller very warm to the touch.
No no Nanette, not for me.
Lowered my review to ONE star after receiving a hand addressed letter in the mail today from a consulting company asking me to change/ raise my 3 star review.
Absolutely stunned by this seller's brazen lack of respect for my privacy AND my personal information.
The letter even included a copy of my original review, which I still think was honest and fair.
Pure Enrichment, you don't get a 5 star review because 2DayDeliver issued a refund.
And my personal information is NOT your personal toy to do with as you wish. So stop!
I really really hate these kind of invasions of my privacy and I'm even on the 2DayDeliver DO NOT CONTACT list.
But a seller like this just doesn't care....
I really regret making this purchase and have had to ask 2DayDeliver to step in an attempt to secure my personal information.

Stopped working and buttons stuck.
I ordered mine and I was really happy to get it. It worked wonderfully for a while but suddenly, last night, it just stopped working. The power button and the button that changes the shut off from two hours to manually of stuck and now if it does turn on it only stays on manually off and won't change. I'm seriously afraid to use it now I case it short circuits. I was seriously in love with this heating pad too, so it really sucks that it's useless to me now....
The company called me the Monday after submitting this review and sent me a new one free of charge. They were very helpful. I got my new one in a little over two days but I'm supremely happy they replaced it for me. As such I am changing my rating to five stars. It really is a very good product.
