Yummy! Delicious and great fragrant!
This is delicious! Just right not too much. Love the scent too, especially the peach scent. I actually get 2-3 great teacups from ONE tea bag!

This tea has a secret
[IMPORTANT NOTE]: this seller has lumped about a dozen different products into one review page, hence the reviews may be misleading and confusing. To be specific what I am reviewing it is the Classic Black LOOSE tea]
My everyday beverage choice is coffee, usually unique and unusual varieties. But I love a good cuppa tea and when I do I want it to be special. That usually dictates properly brewing a good loose tea as opposed to dunking a teabag into some hot water for a few minutes.
This isn't one of those fancy fruity exotic teas, it is the classic black flavor like you might find in a store-bought generic teabag. It isn't treated in any special way, just processed like tea has been for hundreds of years. While the packaging describes it as iced tea it is not a tea that you steep cold … you would steep it with hot water as usual and then ice it. Hence it can just as easily be used to make hot tea.
The first impression (if you drink it black as I do) is some rooty bitterness, earthy and somewhat raw. But not unpleasant. Note that I did adjust the measurement and steeping time to account for the fact that this tea is intended to be watered down with ice.
A couple of product facts. I was unclear where Pure Leaf teas are actually produced, so the manufacturer helped me out. According to the maker, the teas are grown in a variety of places and transported to Morocco where they are packaged and distributed. This particular tea that I tried is grown in Kenya. Second, it is made by $56 billion Unilever, makers of Lipton tea (as well as brands like Best Foods, Ben & Jerry's, Dove & Lifebuoy soap, Axe deodorant, Noxzema, Q-Tips and over 400 other brands).
While the tea itself is good, I wouldn’t consider it anything special and the price vs value is not the greatest. Since discovering this brand I have found it on the shelves of my local supermarket, of course at a much more reasonable price.
