Excellent Screen Protector
This is by far the best quality screen protector I have ever purchased. Some people are excellent at putting on screen protectors. I, however, am not one of those people. I have wasted screen protectors in the past because I put them on crooked or had a tiny air pocket underneath the screen protector that I was unable to remedy. This screen protector was different. It comes with a frame that snaps onto your iPhone. You use the frame as a guide to lay the screen protector. It went on perfectly centered and without any air pockets on my first try! There is no "halo" around the edges of the screen protector because it adhered perfectly to my iPhone 7 Plus. Based on my experiences with other brands of screen protectors in the past, I purposely ordered the 2-pack because I figured I would need two tries to get it on correctly. The Maxboost went on perfectly on my first try so I have a spare screen protector just in case something happens to my first one. The Maxboost screensaver itself is great quality. It's thin but solid, which is exactly what I wanted. The touchpad operates perfectly with the Maxboost. I will never consider another brand. Maxboost has me sold.

Does the Job and offers a Little More
There is one thing in particular bothers me a bit. I understand that it is designed to achieve a better privacy protection when people are using their phone. This feature is great considering I get insecure sometimes when people are peeping around. But there are also times when I use my phone as a GPS, and the phone mount can be awkwardly oriented so that you can't see anything. This can be quite frustrating when you are trying to get to a place quickly, but of course, the fault is not really on the tempered glass (me having a poor time management).
Afterall, I consider it as a decent tempered glass product that offers something more than a clear one. I don't I have much comment on it: It's a temper glass product and it worked well at protecting my phone from scratches. So far it's seemingly quite durable (will update if I drop my phone, hopefully not).
So, if you are looking for something to protect your phone from scratches and from random people who may peep at your phone, this product will do the job!

Great at night when you don't want to disturb anyone!
1. Perfect application every time with the included application frame. Just wipe your phone down, snap on the frame, and lay your screen protector down! So easy!
2. It's glass, not plastic! Feels/reacts just like my bare phone. No matte plastic surface.
3. I love this at night! For once I didn't disturb my husband with my bright phone light when he was trying to fall asleep!! See my pics!
4. You do trade a bit of the screen brightness for the privacy glass, so if you are ok with that, then get this screen protector! You'll love it!

Trade some brightness for privacy
Like most privacy screens you it makes the screen darker. After a couple days my eyes got used to the screen being that level of brightness.
Privacy. At 45° its black and no one can see.
Feels nice. Screen feels like original screen.
Force touch works.
Guide stickers and install was easy.
Lose probably 50% brightness.
It's not clear. On a white phone it looks black.
(Not necessarily a bad thing but something to note)
May need to increase brightness meaning your battery will drain faster.
Overall, of you're looking for privacy and know the trade offs, this screen works great!

they are one of the best companies with customer service
I definitely am a big fan of these screen protectors. In fact, I used this company when I purchased a screen protector for my iphone since the Iphone 4 !
Why do I trust MaxBoost with phone cases?
1.) Customer service- honestly, they are one of the best companies with customer service. When I had a problem with my order, they immediately resolved it within a week.
2.) Warranty- I broke my case within six months last time & contacted them. All I did was take a picture of my broken case, and they immediately followed up with a new one. Pleasant experience.
3.) Quality- I have had my current case for a couple weeks already and there has been NO CRACKS and NO CHIPS. Why is this impressive? Because I literally drop my phone EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am probably the world's clumsiest person. I have dropped it on concrete, wood floor, tiled floor, every possible floor ... and my phone is still NOT CRACKED and is holding up really well. DEFINITELY recommend!
4.) Easy assemblance- it's honestly SO easy to put on this case. I didn't have to watch youtube tutorials & i didnt even read the directions and I was able to put it on easily!
I would definitely recommend this case! I've used them for 4+ years & have done a fair share of testing :)

Not 360 degree & makes screen too dark
I just installed this screen protector 2 days ago on my iphone 8 plus. I normally go with the matte finish Tech Armor privacy screen protector, but they were sold out. So, I figured I’d give maxboost a shot since they make great cases.
Pro: The screen protector plastic guide is very helpful. It aligns the screen protector 90% which is a big plus. The other 10% you have to eyeball to get it perfectly straight. All tools needed were included, and I don’t have not 1 bubble on my screen.
Con: The screen protector is so dark I have to set my brightness at 100% most of the time because it takes away so much contrast. I go through a full battery in less than half a day. I’ve never had this problem with tech armor’s privacy screen protector. My girlfriend’s phone at 40% brightness is brighter than my phone on 100%. Also, it’s not 360 degree privacy meaning if someone is above you or under you they can see your screen perfectly. It only blocks from seeing in portrait view, not landscape.
Tip: I don’t recommend this if you want to save battery, or often use your phone in landscape.
Update 10/06/17: Just dropped my phone 8 plus from about 3-4ft for the first time with incipio 2layer case, and this screen protector. The top right corner already cracked. I just ordered the Tech Armor non-glass privacy screen protector.

Excellent Privacy Screen Protector
Great Privacy Screen Protector!
This screen protector works great! it feels thick! I'm sure this helps with protection of your screen. The privacy is great too! you really cannot see a thing when you look at the screen from an angle. A lot of my co-workers asked why I was looking at my iPhone with the screen off. You do need to turn your brightness up a little bit as it does make things a tad darker. Overall, the screen protector works great! This is meant for privacy and it does make things private for sure! Recommend it!

Doesn't seem like true 4 way privacy and easily smudges
Easy to install with neat plastic guide but I'm only giving it two stars for two main reasons: 1) I bought this over another previous screen protector which had only "2 way" 180 degree protection. This is supposed to have 45 degree protection in portrait mode and 60 degree protection in landscape mode (see photos in product description). This should give it 4-way and 360 degree privacy meaning it is difficult for nosey neighbors to spy on you in either landscape or portrait mode. This is not true for this phone. It is more like a 2-way protection. 2) The second reason I am giving it two stars is that my previous screen had excellent fingerprint and smudge proof protection and this is smudging already with very clean fingers and therefore I am not impressed with the surface. They are honest about the 30% decrease in brightness (I think even more than that) so I am not faulting them for that. I just think there is very little privacy in landscape; nosey neighbors can easily spy on what you are doing when they are looking at it from the landscape mode and it is easily soiled

Provides adequate privacy. It definitely darkens the screen but ...
Provides adequate privacy. It definitely darkens the screen but I can live with that.
Major CON: it does not fit the full screen. This also looks crazy because the front of my 7 plus is white and the glass is black. It's a dust magnet! Even after cleaning, drying and using the duct remover this product attracts lint and dust. Lost of bubbles.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Patricia who was supposedly a Customer Service rep with Maxboost. She encouraged me to remove the 2 star review and write a better review. In exchange, she would give me a $40 2DayDeliver gift card. Very shady company that uses gmail to communicate with customers. Not only does this company have a horrible product but they use slime ball tactics to get positive reviews. Not good.

I've had one other privacy screen before this one which I had on my iPhone 6. So, when I upgraded to an 8 Plus, I thought, suree let's get another privacy screen. My first privacy screen was a different brand but this one seemed right for the price and had good reviews.
The pros: Easy to put on my phone and I really liked the frame it came with to make sure the screen protector was applied properly. Great for using at night if you want to avoid a giant glaring light in the dark.
The cons: I didn't know this could be an issue but it was actually TOO private. I've had trouble seeing my screen during the day in bright sunlight - as in, more than normal for bright sunlight. I use my phone for directions while I drive to and from work everyday and on brighter days it's been almost impossible to see the screen with my sunglasses on. Sure, I'm in Southern California where we've been having a crazy extended summer but still, I didn't have this issue with my old phone/privacy screen with the same sunglasses. The final straw was this past weekend when I was camping and basically couldn't see my screen to take a photo while hiking in the desert. The 8 Plus is suppose to have this great True Tone feature and I felt like I wasn't benefitting from the phone adjusting to different lighting conditions because of this damn screen. I had to adjust my screen brightness on several occasions and call me lazy but I don't think that should be necessary.
