Richard, a former environmental technician, was drawn to the idea of owning a small business and fully dedicated himself to his spoons. Meanwhile, Mathieu, after growing up in his father's woodworking shop, pursued a business degree and gained valuable marketing experience before ultimately following his heart and joining the family business in 2016. They believe in using only the finest Canadian Maple Wood sourced from the forests of northern Quebec and Ontario. This high-density wood is perfect for percussion, delivering a rich and full sound that surpasses the metallic notes of conventional spoons.
