About free returns

We offer free returns only in case product arrived damaged or not as described.
In all other cases client may pay restocking fees of 5% from order total value.

Eligibility for refund or return period is only for 30 days after delivery. No refund or return will be allowed after this period.
Please check your order immediately once received.
Pleas note : return items must ship back to our warehouse within 30 days after order delivery.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to a 2DayDeliver error are are not refunded.
Open software for reasons not due to a 2DayDeliver error will not be refunded.
Downloaded software can not be refunded.
Please note : return for "change of mind" reason will incur a re stocking fee of 5% .
Please Note : return items must ship back to our warehouse within 30 days after order delivery And There is No restocking fee. Refunds will be confirmed via email (info@2daydeliver.com). Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Please Note : As we ship from different warehouses the return warehouse will be provided during return process .
Note: Tax on restocking fees may apply to return items that were shipped and sold by 2DayDeliver for customers in CA, CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI.

Policy of Return, Replacement and Refund

In plain simple English: You can Return orders and we offer FREE Return Label in most cases.
We do not charge return shipping fee.
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days after delivery date.
Return label will be emailed to the same email address used to place the order.
Return label can also be downloaded from My Order page in our website ( requires a login ) .
We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality. If there are some problems with the goods, you have right to return for exchange or refund.
Different products have different warranties, so make sure you contact us before the deadline. If you don't know the warranty of your item, you can contact our staffs before making a purchase.
Replace
Products with quality problem can be returned and replaced.
Customer need to send the products back to us - in most cases we will issue a free return label - When we receive the products, We will replace to new ones and ship back to customer.
We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

Return and partial refund
Because the shipping & handling cost is very high and product images on 2DayDeliver are very hight quality, We do not give a full refund for returns without quality problems - reasons like "not like the picture" - "not as anticipated" or just "not satisfied" - will incur a restocking fee of 5%.
Before placing an order, please take a good looks at the product images and descriptions.
If you still want to return the product for such reasons - we will reduce the shipping fee from the order total amount, and charge you 5% restocking fee - that means a partial refund.

Refund due to an error in stock or price information
2DayDeliver reserve the right to cancel any order if there was a mistake in quantity OR price information on the product page. in this case customer will be fully refunded the payment they have made and no item will be shipped.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
