Knorr Sauce Mixes are easy to prepare--simply mix well with the directed number of cups of water and heat over the stove for the directed number of minutes. Serve over your favorite dishes.

Recipe Idea: Tomato Bearnaise London Broil

Ingredients

• 4 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread
• ¼ cup chopped onion
• 2 small tomatoes, chopped
• ¼ tsp. salt
• 1 package Knorr Bearnaise Sauce Mix
• 1 cup milk
• 1-¼ pounds London broil, boneless beef top round steak, grilled or broiled to desired doneness

Directions

1. Melt 1 Tbsp. of spread in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 2 minutes.

2. Add tomatoes and salt and cook 1 minute. Stir in Knorr Bearnaise Sauce Mix, milk, and remaining spread and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 minute.

3. Serve with sliced steak.
